CPU is running at 4.5Ghz with 1.265v applied, Thermal paste is arctic silver 5.

GPU overclocked to 1429Mhz will hit 82c at 98-100% load.

SSD and HDD's are at around 45c and motherboard is around 57c.

The single 3000rpm fan on the H80i pulls a lot of air through the 120 rad, even with it's high fin density.
You need 2 fans on the h80. That fan by the psu that serves no purpose. You should put it on the cooler.

The fan on the radiator is a 3000rpm fan that pushes a waaay higher CFM than the 2000rpm fan, And if i move the lower case fan unto the radiator the case is going to have a negative air pressure.

The case fans are 3pin 2000rpm fans and the 3000rpm fan is a 4pin PWM, I was going to put the lower case fan on the front but the hard-drive cage restricts the airflow too much.

Maybe i will order another 3000rpm fan to put on the radiator to see if it drops the temps more but the amount of air i feel coming out of the back of the case is insane!

Quick question, You use a triple monitor setup, Right? What are the idle clocks on the furyx both the core and the vram?

Those temps are way too high for a water cooled system. My card is overclocked to almost 1500 mhz and never goes past 69 c wth 40% fan speed and hard drives about 31-34 c and CPU average 44 c when playing GTA V. My CPU is not overclocked though and is on a air cooler, but it does turbo up to 3.8 ghz in taxing games.

You need to sort out your airflow cause those temps should be lower with those low power consumption parts.

Well i guess the thermal paste on the GPU needs replacing and i would also have to delid the CPU and change it's thermal paste also, The 980ti does output a lot more heat than the 970 and my ambient temps are pretty high also.

The CPU temps i'm getting now isn't that bad to what i was getting before at that clock speed and voltage, The CPU would have been hovering in the high 90's while rending videos and would hit the TJ Max while benchmarking, Plus guys who are avid water-cooling specialist told me that my idle temps would stay more or less the same but my max temps would drop from anywhere between 10c to 20c which holds true because that's how the H80i is performing now.

The PWM signal for CPU and GPU is set to hit 100% fan speed at 75c.

Replacing thermal might just reduce temps by about 2c so don't expect much from that. You can could have a look at this video to help with your fan config:

which is why I said to put the fan by the psu on the radiator for push pull

The one beside the PSU is a 3pin 2000rpm fan.

It will still work better than one fan though.

hat fan is basically doing nothing beside the psu.

    What he said.

The fan beside the PSU is not doing anything. As for positive pressure are your intakes filtered? Keeping dust out wont work as well if your intakes arent filtered.

On that topic of positive pressure though you in theory could get positive pressure by having one intake fan from the front of the case and adding a fan to the front of your rad to maximize airflow. Because having a 120mm unobstructed intake and a 120mm extracting air through a rad would (in theory) create positive pressure.
