    I not sure of the exact date, but Microsoft pushed back the date for the PC release. It was partially caused because it was leaked on the net prior to its original release date.

    I found this on the net some time ago however
    "Halo 2 for PC"................... Full game release date is *Expected* to be April 20, 2005.

    This is some funny stuff. MS has decided not to give their users the option to decline
    the sp? I have never read the EULA for any windows products, I guess they reserved
    the right to do that. Once you clicked "I agree" you just sold your soul megiddo.

    ENYWAYS. they are saying that SP2 is a security update. i have sp2 install and i still getting VIrus and spyware. it even seem though i am getting more than when i had SP1.

    Well if you really need the software installed, you'll still have to click "I Agree", no matter what the EULA states. Microsoft has the muscle to back whatever they do, they've forced ppl to do things b4, they are doing it now and I dont think they are planning to stop any time soon
