Anyone Platinum anything yet?

I dont play for trophies really...

I just play to finish the game and enjoy maself doing it. If i get trophies on the way then cool. *shrug*

ya some of them stay that way, and if thats how it looks when i beat a game I dont even bother considering going for a platinum. But some games now like Resident Evil 5 and Burnout Paradise are easy platinums that you get by playing thru it normally and then there will be a few left that aren't that time consuming or challenging. inFamous I platinumed and it took 2 playthrus only, but the 2nd one was pretty annoying

No still I don't buy games for achievements at all, that's not where I get my enjoyment from. Like I said my trophy level is not level 12, and getting Gold Trophies only raise my percentage by 1% now from what I remember while I was playing Smackdown vs Raw 2010, so really I just don't care about getting trophies anymore unless I love the game and feel the need to accomplish everything or I think it can add to my Platinum tally.


I haven't played Killzone 2 for a while, but getting in the top percentage for the week shouldnt be too hard if you are good and keep at it. There is a simple way you can gauge your progress towards getting there. I did it when the game was in it's prime online. It might be even easier now unless it's all pros playing now.

I think the 1000 hit combo is the only thing I have left to get to platinum GOW3

I also have 3 more trophies to get in mw2 to get platinum there. All are spec ops missions though.

I got that? couldnt even tell u cause i only played thru one time and then my blu ray went bad in the final battle with zues then the ps3 was out of commission for bout a month so everything kinda blurry now... i dont even kno which trophies i have for gow3... i guess i just own like dat

yo u a try trick me i dont have it. at least not when i look online so i doubt i have it. only bronze trophy i dont have. the godly possession i missed one of them before i mek kratos stab venus. or is aphrodite she name in the game? challenge mode just seemed too hard this time around
