FREE sms with Gmail to US numbers

Maybe someone posted this already but i searched and didnt see any threads on this, for a while now I've been sending sms to my frens and fam in the US through gmail for free.

I'm gonna try this out later today, but i also just saw some of the fetures offered with google voice, its a pity its not offered outside the US. Even though there are ways and means to go around that.

every time i send the sms the person say dem dont get it & if dem get t all 3 day it take fi reach
