I've been running it on the Win 7 (7600) 64bit version for a week now works fine.
AMD/ATI TO THE WORLD: Phenom II 720 , 4 gig DDR3 1066, MSI 5770 1gig, Western Digital 250 & 160 HD.

lol, Why dont you try get another version. I've got three copies including one of the RC, which I load on a friend's machine, so I think its the version you have.

I'd recommend installing the driver software in compatibility mode........

Been testing and never got the modem to on 7 ultimate or any other version of 7 :|
