Drake I think I know what your problem is...When you upgraded your OS you did not delete the Vendor XML file and as such you're not able to connect anymore with Digicel as your mobile has been preconfigured to work on a different mobile network....Try upgrading again make sure you delete that file.
Curious what Blackberry are you using? A Pearl, Curve or Bold?
