Description: The incumbent is responsible for providing computer services to the College. This involves conducting analyses on systems, general systems design alternatives, evaluation and justification of the facts gathered on project as well as producing information for different levels of users in a formal presentation as well as installing and programming computer systems; writing and maintaining user and systems related documentation; resolving routine systems issues to optimise the performance of the computer system and providing system support to users.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
• B. Sc. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Three (3) years related working experience
• Good analytical skills
• Good decision making and problem solving skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Good communication skills, orally and in writing
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good customer service skills
