IPB Vs Vbulletin

PPL who know of PHP based forum scripts know of IPB and vbulletin.

Example of vbulletin is TJ, yes TJ that we use is based on Vbulletin.

My question is im planning on doing some toying around with the two of them but i would know which one is better. My personal experiences have been mostly with PHPBB but recently ive switched to IPb and im seeing the script been more bandwidth effecient and have better modifications than Vbulletin. Ive even installed a youtube like mod for the script but One down to IPB is the skin installation it can prove to be a headache.

Please the hardcore PHP wizards, please give your opinions.

And please MODs this is not really talking directly about PHP (<meta name="keywords" content=) this just a question and it deserves to be in just discussion.
