Digital Metaphors' ReportBuilder? Limited help here. Just helped a client who used this and convinced them to get to Fast Reports which they did.

Sorry I really ment DotMatrixPages in FastReport. these are ideal for building report to be printed on receipt and dot matrix printers. It makes the printing very fast. I just need to get the proper ESC commands use to print in red, cut paper, kick cash drawer etc.
