    Unless you're saying only hotmail users only can get an invite? Or is it anyone that has a Passport account?
    I am able to login to the beta part of the site with my account along with accessing the other Live beta programs.

    But unless they have restricted it to specifically hotmail users, then no prob.

    I'm not sure if a Yahoo address would work actually. Sorry,cant help you there.

    he registered his Yahoo email account as a .Net account so he can use all the msn features with that email addy.

    That's what I'm saying, if it is only hotmail accounts that can "recieve" invites. Or anyone with a .Net passport enabled email account.

    LoL. Boy, where have you been? There are so many users that use thier personal email address or another address to sign into messenger. You just find out don't?

    I disliked Hotmail on how they gave preference to US citizens with features and how they started to make features IE only in thier system. Couldn't take that kind of crap any longer. Frustrated me. So I closed my hotmail account and used my yahoo account with Messenger. Would have used my Gmail account but that is still in beta.
