    Default Some Xbox Glitches

Microsoft Corp. said it had received isolated reports of technical problems with its new Xbox 360 video game system. Some owners complained that their systems were crashing during game play, sometimes with error messages popping up.

just reporting the facts man. i'm not gonna be a huge fan of consoles until different consoles can play against each other....360, ps3 and revolution being parties to a single multiplayer game - online, lan, wi-fi etc.

Well lets hope for MS its not a wide spread problem. After all it is a test platform.

Suppose MS only released SMALL numbers of xbox as they ahve been doing to gauge how wide spread the problem is ?

I mean it seems to connect now.

I thought it was to create a demand but it more now looks like it was to filtre out problems using customers as test subjects.

Some say that MS rushed the 360 to stay ahead of that beast Sony.

Reading some posts and blogs on the xbox forums doesn't make me confident at all.

I will wait and see what Sony and Nintendo has to offer next year thanks.

Some guy having fun with the error lights on his 360.

It is the only game he can play ... reminiscent of the pocket simon games.

Ahh then it is a PSU problem !

During Q/A developers' and technicians' work in an Air conditioned office and factories.

This means that the ambient temperature is low enough for the PSU to work without problems that the Q/A team would never spot.

    Could happen to any company.

I wonder what would happen if the 360 was being used in Jamaica with its HOT climate ?

    Would it run ?

I bet some kid will mod it to put a fan on the psu.

More than likely they will change the PSU - If its a known issue they have to fix the issue.
