Default CWJ ADSL - maximum query??

What is the probability that any CWJ exchange would be maxed out in terms of being able to provide ADSL services?

Hypothetically, can a such a situation exist where you can get a line which is ADSL capable but be unable to get ADSL because the exchange is maxed out?

I've been told that the number of ADSL lines for any exchange is limited to the number of ADSL ports available in that exchange. The number of ports can be increased by increasing the "cards" in the exchange.

That's all I know, so hopefully someone else can add more

I have confirmed that CWJ does have limited ports for use... it seems like the number is actually less than 20 per exchange.

CWJ is currently working to increase their ADSL capacity per exchange - as per their customer service.

The Carlton exchange has been maxed out so any potential subscribers to CWJ ADSL service connected to this exchage has a potential waiting period of up to six weeks whilst CWJ tries to purchase and implement additional equipment to expand the capacity of the exchange.
