It works, i tried it yesterday in a "up to 1.5 Mb" connection, and before the tweak it was .93 Mb and after the tweak i had 1.54 Mb!!, lol, and i only set the MTU, i didnīt even tweaked the tcp window.....

Your cant get more than what they assign its impossible unless u do some hacking to their network and change it your self.
