The Use of....
Ok, i am not very deep into the programming thing, but i need to find out something from the delphi users here. What is the use of delphi in application, as in... in what kind of programs is delphi normally associated with. i know pascal is used in some military technology such as missile guidance systems etc, but i dont have much info on delphi. Can somebody enlighten me please.

Re:The Use of....
Think of Delphi as Visual Basic's competitor...and whatever VB can do Delphi can do better (so say many people out there) ;D
Delphi can be used for console programming, regular Windows GUI applications and also web applications.
Delphi is really good when it comes to Database applications.

Re:The Use of....
"Delphi" is a programming environment by Borland. It's like asking "What is the best compiler for Visual Basic" (Vb is a product by Microsoft)
