Did you login but that area was locked? If so you probably would need admin privileges or flow to do it. That would be strange tho, wifi access shouldn't be end-user limited.

There are three different versions of what's in the field from what I recall.
There's the dark Arris interface which has multiple firmware versions. An older firmware may have some features that the newer firmware doesn't have.
There's a white Arris interface which they called the "mercury modem" - but that was phased out for an upgraded version of the dark interface.
There's the Sercomm modem which has a different interface.
Depending on the modem and the firmware version, your options may be different.
Knowing the solution doesn't mean knowing the method. Yet answering correctly and regurgitation are considered "learning" and "knowledge".
