Give us a broad idea of what assistance you're needing. You don't have to jump into details by showing us an actual file.
Is it a personal project you're working on?
Is it a school project you're working on?
Is it for work?
Is it a database application you're building from scratch?
Is it that you want to some ideas on how to build a database for your application?
Or is it that you already have a database but you need help making it work for your project?

Lots of questions to get you started.
