Cloud User Groups in the Caribbean

I'm curious if there are any User Groups for Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCloud, OCI, etc.) in the Caribbean? If not, do you think there'd be an interested following or appetite for such groups?

I do not know of any cloud groups. But there is a VMware user group VMUG started last year, which I am in.
