Payment Gateways that fully support Jamaica

Which payment gateway supports Jamaica for doing online payments without the need to have the business registered in America or Canada? I have used PayPal and do recall they provided some support for jamaica. I am not sure if a U.S. registered entity is required. I know Stripe requires that the business be registered in the US or some other officially supported country. Can someone provide some clarity on this?

Stripe and PayPal require a US or EU bank account in order to do withdrawals directly to your account. A verified Stripe account will give you payouts 1-2 times per week. PayPal is dependent on your withdrawal requests.

PayPal only supports XOOM locally - no direct bank support.

Some of the local banks offer payment gateways but I've never done setup of those. I believe they're only card processing on your website. Check with Sagicor for more details as I recall seeing something in their banking hall about supporting online payment. The other banks probably do as well, so if you bank with BNS/NCB then speak with a rep directly for more details. If you find anything then please share.

@khat17 thanks for your response. I am guessing then, one would also have to file taxes in that country where the business is registered, am I correct?

I know of the FyGaro because the delivery service I use uses them for online payments. They have integration with NCB and CIBC

Jamaica tax office use overseas gateway
just get the MID from the bank then contact US gateway companies like authrize.net, stripe, commercegate (EU), securion (EU), netbilling etc.

if third party (like paypal), use verotel aka cardbilling or 2000charge

Jamaica Tax Office does not use an overseas gateway, it is local and connects to FAC (First Atlantic Commerce) like the majority of E-commerce solutions that integrate with the local banks.
