    What I need more than anything is eSIM support for the Apple Watch as well. But at least we have for the high end devices right now.

    Have you tried this? Support was added from Watch Series 3 and up.

    For the record, went to Flow today to register an esim, there were no problems, the process maybe took about half an hour, paid $400 and we were done.

    Better late than never. Too bad my phone can't use esim and regular Sim at the same time. Has to be one or the other. I should probably buy a new phone.
