    Does anyone on digicel network have a problem making or receiving calls on the network with this phone.

    Get the firmware from here: https://www.sammobile.com/samsung/ga...ware/SM-J111M/

    Re-flash the device and try again. The firmware for Jamaica is on the list if you want. Hopefully it's not a bad memory issue.
    Knowing the solution doesn't mean knowing the method. Yet answering correctly and regurgitation are considered "learning" and "knowledge".
