Montague did not identify the prison.
However, he says the ministry is concerned about the development which poses serious a security breach.

People in prisons make calls and texts to their friends and relatives on the outside. People get moved in and out of the prisons too depending on how influential they are. The word "hack" is used loosely, but the fact still remains that prison security isn't what it should be in any place.
Knowing the solution doesn't mean knowing the method. Yet answering correctly and regurgitation are considered "learning" and "knowledge".
We all know 1 of 2 things happened in this apparent "hack" - they used the default 'admin/admin' username and password, or they got the username and password from someone.
