PROGRAMMER/ANALYST


JOB PURPOSE
The Programmer/Analyst will assist the Systems Manager/Chief Programmer in coordinating the activities of the GIS/Computer Unit. The incumbent will identify, evaluate, develop, test, advise and implement systems and programmes to meet the technical and administrative needs of the organization


QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
1. B.Sc. degree in Computer Science.
2. Short courses in subject specific areas (LAN, Programming)
3. Three (3) years experience in a computer unit with at least three (2) years in the operation of a local area network (LAN)


ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CERTIFICATIONS WOULD BE AN ASSET
• MCSE: Server Infrastructure
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+
• ESRI ArcGIS Web Application Developer
