The thing is BB has said nothing about the continued manufacture of BB OS 10 devices by their partners and have specifically said they would focus on security minded software and mobile device management.
So while BB OS 10 may continue to get updates they may just be deployed to the old phones. I wouldn't hold out for any "new" BB OS 10 devices in the future.
