But then again it is hard when the entire internet is basically a tutorial honey pot. It doesnt matter how much you get paid now or in comparison to some one else. There are people in Jamaica that earn 2 million dollars a month and there are people who earn 48k - its relative to the size of the organisation and how replaceable you are. What matter is how you progress and avoid potholes in the road of life. The more you chase money is the less money you end up having.

I guess the main thing would be - people are driven by money and not passion. If you're going to be a window cleaner, be the best darn window cleaner ever.
