Lightbulb AeroFS - A Windows Live Mesh Replacement

I know many of you may have used Live Mesh to sync data across your PCs bypassing the cloud altogether, however Microsoft retired the program pushing the move to SkyDrive. SkyDrive is an excellent tool, but as of currently does not support peer-to-peer sync. For those who want to bypass the cloud, there is AeroFS to the rescue!

The only limit is the space you have on your computers . No data is stored in the cloud

Love the idea and wouldn't mind getting on the wagon, but I only have one computer. I need to sync with my phone and tablet too, and have web access to get stuff on lab computers on which I can't install software. Also, I don't think it allows me to sync folders without putting them in a master folder. I doubt there's an alternative that does this, so I just gotta stick to using Dropbox and the others...

EDIT: I take that back. ownCloud is looking like an awesome alternative that fits my requirements. And it's open source to boot . Thanks for the idea though. I always wanted something like this, but never really knew it...
