What makes this different from any other advertisement that you've seen on TV? Note Pezz's car commercial post above. Check out every medicine-related advertisement on TV in recent years and listent o how they "downplay" all the "minor side-effects" to include even death.

    you have a point there.
But what i really dont understand is the fact that during the advertising of the product it clearly stated that it was in beta mode, so from my point of view he dosnt have a case

Anyone with SENSE obviously could tell it won't work as flawlessly as advertised, nothing does, especially tech related especially a phone app like this...

This guy should be rewarded the cost of a used iphone 4s and he gives it back to apple... Minus court fees for wasting peoples times....

they downplay them, but they are still stated.
I was gonna get a flu shot until I heard the side effects.

that is totally different from the magic Apple shows on tv. Apple demonstrates you talk and it works.

Apple didn't show any side effects .

me being a jackass see it and say 'omg buy'.
    then I get let down.

Siri isn't a substitute for common sense. The end each ad advisement states (in fine print) "Sequences Shortened"
Apple didn't promise a 99.99% up-time or 100% reliability while in the middle of nowhere. Show me a perfect piece of technology.

haha so now Apple isn't perfect?
this isn't what you were saying before.

I hope you know common sense don't work in court.

your common sense should tell you that.

When and where did I ever say Apple was perfect? I hope you aren't referring to the text in my signature as that was placed there just to annoy Chig and wishlist.
