Did you download the xp drivers from the Toshiba site. You should not use the Vista drivers.

We can't help you if you're not telling us what you're doing.

You want a list of instructions of how to remove vista and install XP?

You may want to rethink that Bad I have come across individuals who have down graded from Vista and then were not able to find the XP drivers for some of the laptop hardware e.g. so they basically stopped working.

Give the full model of the laptop and we can attempt to find the drivers for you - if the drivers are not available from the TOSHIBA site.

If it's the same screen then it CAN be done. If it's the first pic then you need to boot from the CD in order to do the format/downgrade. If it's the second/third, you just need to either slipstream the disc or have the RAID/SATA drivers on a diskette. If you could take a pic of it so we can be sure then that would be nice as well. Please remember to backup all data before doing the operation.
