Has anybody gotten google mapmaker data to work on any PNA gps device?

I tried editing part of Red Hills Road and end up renaming the entire road to something else.

A section of road that has been marled as red hills road, isn't red hills road. I trying to edit this, but I'm not sure I am going about it the right way.

Do I select the segment of road that should be the correct red hills road and enter in the details?
Or do I redraw the entire red hills road segment?

Who is the pro here?

I believe you will have to wait until someone submits a correction and then the change is moderated by a third party.

There is an option to Undo the changes I made, even after it was approved. So I did that and put a note on it about the correction.

A google moderator will see it after a few days and approve it.

But I still trying to figure out how to do the correct correction to the major road.

Gents....I think the National Land Agency website http://www.nla.gov.jm/ is also very helpful in trying to map out Jamaica on Google maps. The "iMap Jamaica" is very helpful with this task http://www.nla.gov.jm/map.htm

I know it mad but i would leave the business to edit their own areas let us focus on the roads government agencies stuff like that, but most important let us get the word out. if we had 500 jamaicans working on this together we could done the country in a few weeks.

remember when someone adds something it has to be moderated so click on my Mapmarker and zoom out and click moderate, or Refresh moderation list.

People try to label the roads more and not places, all labeled roads will eventually show up on the official map but not all labeled places as the map cannot be too jumbled, when drawing new roads go to satellite view you will be much more accurate. Happy labeling.

We have to make the map more mature before we can request that, I am working to have the national land agency submit there data that will cover about 95% of jamaica.
