4G Connection Faster When Shared Via Mobile HotSpot

I have 4G data on my BlackBerry Z30.. Most I can get from it is 2-4MB Down..
When I share the connection via Mobile HotSpot I can get up to 6-8MB Down..

I've put data on my Note 4 and shared it and it's the same results..
I've used LIME and Digicel Data, Same results..

What the stuff! I was actually considering using another phone for hotspot and cancelling my 3gb digicel post paid data that always runs out...

But the speed is fine for me still, what bugs me is the cap...

What is the cap for limes monthly 300 dollar plan? And digicels one day plans?

Isn't it better to just buy a MiFi and use that if you're paying for 3GB?

Was thinking of that but i think it's easier to use a second phone, im using a Blu phone now and in edge and it's fast as I need it for regular stuff, should be just fine on 4g, up in the hills now so it's edge

Mi fi wouldn't be convenient to add a plan when I need check balance etc, I think...

Plus id like a dummy whatsapp I can put up some crazy pics on and have only 2 contacts at a time lol

Definitely faster, didn't di any speed tests, streaming WiFi from a little dl700 or sumn to my note 3

Much faster the page loads as you click it... Lol I wonder if I could get a double sim phone and stream from one sim and, wait, never mind, lol
