Default Toshiba Satellite A305 keeps restarting when plugged in, works fine on battery

Give me your opinions on this plz and thanks....

Got a Toshiba Satellite A305 laptop, fairly recent laptop.... it keeps restarting after a few mins...like 4 mins but this only occurs when the a/c adapter is plugged in.On battery power the system doesn`t restart and functions perfectly. Temperature readings were fine 43 and 45 degree celcius respectively. The power adapter was tested with a multimeter and another adapter used however the system still restarts with different power adapter. A/c jack was tested an revealed 19.3v, Board contacts were tested an also found to be receiving 19.3v. Thinking it may be an issue with the motherboard, any thoughts?

Its not a grounding issues since it restarts also out the lappy shell...overheating unlikely since it doesnt shutdown it retarts...? hmm it was stressed wit my stressing program(hirens cd) runnin on battery power ....temps reach 52 degrees an up an no restart occur....wat yall think?

I think it's a rear Mobo issue. Used to happen before my Charging unit went out on my Toshiba lappy. Only thing, lappy would freeze after a while and nothin. Not even the mouse would move. Then it starts to restart when I did a fresh install of the OS, till it eventually stop charging and the only thing that I could see workin on the lappy was the orange led light on the power button, which was supposed to be green. Not even the charging indicator was working when I plugged in the charger.

If it's on warranty, I believe Intcomex are the dealers out here so they can send it back for you.
