The card can be used in Jamaica but to obtain the card you need a US address and ss#. Also you need a link in the US to load credit. I send money to my son and he loads it.

ok that is of no use to me...... but thanks anyway, let me explain what i mean by "Virtual Credit Card" i mean a card number that is given to me, instead of a physical card, it is prepaid, so you buy a card of a certain amount and when that amount is done you can discard the card number.
Virtual means that you don't get a plastic card and that you can merely use this card for telephone- or internet - business. Besides that it works 100% the same way as a regular credit card.

I dont want one that is jamaica based, i used to buy them from virtualccard.com but they no longer accept paypal purchases, only e-gold and so forth, so i'm looking for another site like that, which accepts paypal purchases.
