But i guess as a spin off to the tour the 96xx designation was more appropriate. All in all each person will have their own experience and it will still be a bb.
Totally agree. The only draw back with my 9650 is that 3g doesn't work but i get BIS from Digicel so it doesn't matter anyway. lol

Hey guys I went on a bb9650 and 9700 adventure. Hereis my story conclusion per se.I managed to purchase both the bb9650 and 9700. Both was running os6. The 9650 I must say runs the OS6 a lot better than the 9700. Eg. Performance wise I was able to open 3 and more tabs in the bb browser without getting an error message that says memory too low, shutting down all tabs!!! Secondly a lot more internal storage for the instillation of application, the bottuns are more comfortable for typing compared to the the close buttons of the BB 9700. On the other hand, the BB 9700 is much smaller and neater in design and shares the same harrdware features as the 9650, hence the end of the day I chose the 9650. But I am not lying th the 9700 is so easier to sell.

Apart from the form factor and the lack of accessories I would say the 9650 is the better buy because of more app memory and it runs OS 6 much more smoothly when compared to the Bold 2 so I would work with the 9650 and call it a day.

The only thing the 9700 had over the 9650 in my perspective is its smaller size. one time i was complaining that the 9650 only has a 1400 mAh battery (i'm a power user) but then i got an extended life 1700 mAh battery for my 9650 online so now I cant complain about ma phone now. Perfect (y)

I agree. Besides the Bold 9700 has a higher model which must count for something. Anyways the larger memory does work out in the long run especially if you install alot of apps.
