Not surprised that a class action lawsuit was filed. He's filing a claim for the cost of PlayStations and PSN plus. I wouldn't be surprised if SCEA settles out of court with free (small) credit on everyone's PSN accounts. This should be interesting.

I can see it just fine from the reflection in my window panes and it is hot enough inside with the fan on, why in sony computer entertainment america's playstation network's name would I go out to feel that.
