    well breakin in a car is far different from piggy backin on the wifi what i understand that to be saying is that once u do not mess with any files or access data on the other persons computer u havent broken the law as is.

    so can i connect my pipe to the ppl next door@and disconnect mine from NWC? after all its just transfering data(water) and not storing. its not like i'm accessing their tank (storage)?
