    Default Modem Lan IP

question i have internet with Lime i have a zone Modem the

    LAN ip address 192.168.1.1
Enable DHCP start ip address 192.168.1.2 to 254

is it possible to change it to

    LAN ip address 192.168.2.1
Enable DHCP start ip address 192.168.2.2 to 254

the reason why i want to change it most of my switch web setup CP is 192.168.1.254 i always have to change it from the com port and when i'm remotely log in it can be a hassel so i want to change the modem ip instead is that possible
NOTE: im using a router from modem 192.168.2.1 reason the modem does not have the setting i use like what's in the router, all the switch connect into the router

Shouldn't be an issue to change the IP range on those. The ZHONE/PARADYNE modems are not too fussy.
Knowing the solution doesn't mean knowing the method. Yet answering correctly and regurgitation are considered "learning" and "knowledge".

What is the subnet mask? Is it 255.255.255.0 (/24)?
