Initial D is one of the best animes created....not just because it has some of the best paintstakenly created 3d cars but also the story is beleivable.
You actually learn a thing or two about driving techniques...well, especially the art of drifting. You also learn about cars.... the advantages a certain drivetrain will have over another in different scenarios. All in all....its one of the best.

I agree with you on this one!!!
In the first stage it will seem a bit boring but as it progresses it gets better and better there is even some jaw dropping scenes.
