    Just curious, have your certifications garnered any monetary returns as yet
    or u just strengthening ur resume in anticipation of a better job opportunity?

    CCNA = Current job

    CCDA, CCDP, CCNP, MSCE = More money

    more money = more problems, responsibilities
    Knowledge is just wasted time if not put to action

    I killed CCNP today.. Got 1000/1000 on Tshoot!
    Next month I'm writing CCDE written exam; and then schedule the practical for October.. Anyone out there with the Practical experience? With a 5% success rate;I will take all the advise and help the internet has to offer.

    So, as for the Certs..
    CCENT, CCNA, CCNP,.. CCIE/CCDE here I come..

    Oh.. Thought I forgot! DRUHAN yuh a di boss!!...

    congrats btw u did the ROUTE or SWITCH exam yet?
    becuz i wanted to do ccnp after ccna security................ i probly do the switch first out of the three
    u said u were going to do ccde next month.... have u done ccda or ccdp as yet? just wondering as these are the pre requisite for ccde?

    Did all 3 for CCNP and passed (642-813/832/902)... The excerpt below was taken from cisco's website under the Training and Events menu

    There are no formal prerequisites for CCDE certification. CCDA and CCDP focus on developing solid network design skills and are recommended as a path to CCDE, but they are not mandatory prerequisites. No specific training or other professional certifications are required.
    I didnt want to go the CCIE route because design encompasses more of where I want to go in the industry..

    ccde mad still........ that means that someone can just guh straight to ccde instead of doing ccda or ccdp unlike ccie route where is ccna+ccnp+ccie........... u can just go straight to ccde............ who knew?
