    Default what certs do you have?

    guys since so many techies are on TJ who are actually quite knowledgeable ive always wondered what certs our members have

    so hence this thread is all about listing all the certs that you have...... hopefully this thread wud encourage and motivate others to get certified........

    so guys you can list all the certs you have, certs u plan to do in the future and so on

    well for me i have ccna (cisco certified network associate) and ccsp(citrix certified sales professional)

    certs dont mean you are knowledgeable,I have only heart nta cert + cxc, and i know far more than my 2 friends who have bachelors degree in MIS

    ye but the fact is that in order to get the job more than likely u going to need to certs and degree regardless of what u know.. thats just how it is in ja

    nah ja is ran by links, and "partialy" qualifications,speaking of IT hmm both qualifications and links and also years of service wil bring you into the spotlight,whats beating many ppl is the experience.

    but then again everywhere want experience,how wil you gain experience?
    unless maybe self employment,and prolly testimonies as proof,

    the way forward right now appear to be lookin in the self employment arena

    PC technician's diploma from Vector Technology Institute, A+ & Network+. Only certs that I have. Nothing else. Any other knowledge I have is from love of technology and experimenting.
    Knowing the solution doesn't mean knowing the method. Yet answering correctly and regurgitation are considered "learning" and "knowledge".

    :http://procerts.studyinjamaica.com/ . Information is available on all the institutions in Jamaica offering courses in IT certifications..A+, CCNA etc

    Just aced CCDA (Cisco Certified Design Associate ) Exam today....so its A+, Net+, CCNA, CCDA. Time to buckle down for CCNP next then avaya and CCNA voice
    Knowledge is just wasted time if not put to action
