I get similar battery performance from my s60 Eseries. I'm always on the internet and the battery still last very long. I even forget to charge sometimes.

I had no idea the battery life is so good on the N900. One of the reasons I'm surprised is because the rated talk time and standby time are lower in comparison to quite a few Symbian Nokias...eg. Nokia E71...which I currently own. I have been following up on the N900 ever since it's announcement. A few things turned me off from getting the N900 (even though it's said to be the most powerful smartphone).
The list are as follows:
* Large and heavy
* No Java
* No MMS
* No video call capabilities, smart and voice dialing
* No voice recorder, no MMS, and no handwriting recognition
* No FM radio application (despite that the hardware's there)
* Limited third-party software availabilty
I would still like to test out a N900 one of these days though.
I only use Nokia phones and that's how it may be forever :-)
