I cannot get any call on my Lime mobile phone, all circuits are busy. What is going on ?. Lime causing me to miss important calls . This is foolishness !!!

What city are you located in?
I am in Junction in St. Elizabeth and have tons of issues with Digicel. LIME been working flawlessly for years. No dropped calls no hassle vs. Digicel.
