Senior level Systems/Reports Analyst
We are seeking a senior level Systems/Reports Analyst with strong systems knowledge . They will need to have a strong background working with reporting systems, particularly as pertains to lead generation, working with end-users, and gathering requirements. This person will not have to create technical specifications, but will need to have the technical knowledge to help guide the decisions.
Must be capable of identifying requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and functional decomposition analysis.
Primary Job Responsibilities
1. Define and document business processes and projects
• Consult with business departments to identify requirements.
• Define project scope and objectives.
• Model business processes (current and future).
• Document business requirements in compliance with appropriate policies and procedures.
• Ensure the appropriate integration and implementation of databases, networks and related systems.
• Evaluate system changes for downstream system and/or organizational impacts.
• Prioritize and track all issues to resolution.
• Escalate issues to the Project Manager as appropriate.
• Provide agendas and follow up with meeting minutes.
• Participate in prototyping solutions to provide the business unit a preliminary evaluation and/or user interface experience.
• Work with the business to identify minimum performance expectations and service levels.
• Develop and maintain working relationships at all levels of the business unit.
Qualifications:
• BA/BS Degree in a related field or other degree preferred as well as 4-6 years experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members and management.
• Must be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks.
• Strong facilitation skills.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER We are seeking an experienced in-house Graphic Designer with solid systems knowledge. They will need to have a strong background working with all major design applications and be able to produce drafts and final versions on deadline. This person will not have to create technical specifications for designs, but will need to have sufficient technical knowledge to correctly provide solutions and changes as needed. The right candidate will need to work closely with the existing Graphic Design Directors and Managers in the definition, testing, implementation, and deployment of functional creatives and webpages for a fast –growing, multi-divisional company.

Position Requirements:
Must have good designers eye, produce clean, sharp, and professional designs.
Very proficient in adobe creative suite applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and Fireworks
Must be able to work efficiently with the pen tool in creating shapes and outlining
Experienced in designing web and print layouts, slicing and reducing image quality in preparation for web.
NOT REQUIRED but would like applicant to have some drawing ability on/off the PC
Must have a high a skill level of action scripting and the ability to build custom flash sites, preloaders, sliders, navigation bars, etc.
Experience with HTML coding, CSS and Java Script required
Experience in envisioning and creating professional animations and movie files
The ability to compress and reduce movie files, images, sound files

ASP.Net Programmer
Responsibilities
* Analyze requirements, design and develop database driven web application using .Net and Microsoft SQL Server;
* Leads software development activities for a specific project;
* Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints;
* Responsible for all aspects of software development, including, but not limited to, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, system administration, technical assessments, recommendations for inclusion of new technologies into system application and architecture;
* Develop documentation and workflow guides for all software development;
Experience Required

* Experience with MSSQL Server 2005/2008

Database AdministratorResponsibilities* System administration with primary emphasis on MS SQL (2k and higher) server and related technologies, for production, test and disaster recovery environments. This includes managing database security (users, object/system level privileges, roles), monitoring/managing space usage, basic capacity planning, tuning, and problem solving/troubleshooting.
* Works with application support team to successfully deploy, run and support all database servers. This includes OS configuration/setup, problem solving/troubleshooting bugs, and optimizing batch jobs (i.e. space usage, statistics generation).
* Install, patch and upgrade both SQL databases and SQL Server/Client software and investigate SQL product features, facilities and future directions, including best usage.
* Creation of customized SQL instances and databases across multiple OSes/platforms/products for both in-house developed and 3rd party applications.
* Install, patch and upgrade 3rd party SQL database tools and investigate product features, facilities and future directions, including best usage.
* Have a good understanding of client/server, multi-tiered and online/batch processing models.
* Participate as a member of technology projects, representing the database aspect of the initiative (i.e. data modeling, schema design and management).
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems. MSCE, MSSQL beneficial.
* Heavy Experience with MS SQL Server 2005/2008
* Experience in Database Optimization
* Knowledge of how the Microsoft product works in terms of architecture and implementation.
* Knowledge of operating systems (administration, configuration) as they relate to implementing SQL software/databases.
