i got 820 last october. I got such a low grade as my access list just would not work. I put the right info in the CLI and since its my first time on cisco exam me did a fret about the time so me leave it after a few tries. When your nervous instructions look jumble but it was good anyway. I use 9tut.com. they have the sims for CCNA and the answers. Learn the principles behind them and your good. plus i get the official Cisco book from ebay for less than $3. So thats what i use and pass plus some some sample questions online.

Dont FORGET PACKET TRACER is awesome and it should be your friend. But a new one i forget its name is out that can be used for CCNP too that have ASA and PIX, that one is better.

SDM? LOlz..... me mean GNS3............ SDM is a gui interface that is used to configure the routers instead of the usual CLI......... but SDM is outdated. the real thing now is CCP
