$5000 spent in app world??

this has been a problem tht digi has n they always blame it on app world.
i do the same thing that barretrs does, n all two times a day i get a text from digi sayin "insufficient funds for session"!!! n when i do hav credit on the phone, it takes the credit for data charges n i hav on a bb plan!! we jus hav 2 deal wit it until we actually get a proper telecommunication company.

Many threads have been created with this problem its shocking ppl have to get bite b4 dem can understand, anyways we have other options thank God for that we still need another company cause Claro seem to still have signal problems after a few years pssh.

hear diss yute bout dem a 'blame app world' a dat a tek di credit but its a mistake, as some apps always 'searching for an open network' anyway the chick got reimbursed mi bredren seh dem a work on a fix and i never lose a dime yet anbd still love digicel... lol

i know dat i have dat issue too but i try disabling as much i can i also unistall app world sometimes and only have apps i need

Thank goodness for Claro....full bb service without extra cost I didn't ask for.

I completely agree. That is why you should always read customer reviews in appworld before downloading any app as they give a good insight to the issues other users are facing as a means not to make a similar mistake by downloading a problem app

I had $200 credit on ma phone and while i was on app world re-downloading bbm i got a +451 msg, checked ma balance and it was all gone. Need i say more?

yes you can say more, yute, you can call customer care like i did, like the girl did, and get refunded, and delete the WAP service books and not have it again

is we why digicel a rob we up so---we shld boycott digicel n go back to LIME - i think there doing well need some more improvements but there getting there.
