Never seen that error on Steam. And from the first parts of that thread on the Steam forums it seems like TFU2 is not on Steam.

Does anyone else get that some games are not available to them, because i was wondering how come lots of games i expected to be on steam werent on there yet, games such as force unleashed 2 and others. I had to go on the website outside of the client and saw that they are in the store but once i click on it to purchase it says that its not in my region, anyone else having this issue?

We never know too much that we can't learn. Unfortunately most Jamaicans are about "hurry come up" and swatting than actually learning....

it is on steam, i can view it from work (im guessing thats because at work we are on american servers), but it says not available in my region at home

Then you can use some third party app to get it installed on your Steam if you like. HideMyIP is a good one - and some proxy services that are free may be able to help you out as well.
