bbm issue on a 8520

im having a issue with a 8520... i have to constantly add back 2 contacts but the rest are ok just those two

wat could cause that?

That sounds like a server issue rather than a problem with your device. My recommendation is to uninstall BBM and re-install BBM to see if that solves the issue

i change the os to the 5.0.0.900 but it still giving me the issue i even downgrade the bbm

I got your message and I'm gonna look into the situation to see if it's from my end if not then I would recommend you try one of the hybrids to see if it solves the situation

I notice it keeps happening. I don't have any more suggestions unless you're gonna downgrade to solve this issue if not then you will have to keep adding those 2 contacts all the time

I see. Well it sounds like you have to tuff it out until you upgrade your OS or upgrade your berry
