I have mine working fine, can go to any page. U need to tell us the settings that u have in ur web sessions so we can see where u going wrong or compare them with ours.
........After all this talk, at nights we still Click "Start" to "Shutdown" and still own a Digicel phone.

Most times when ppl have problems with their gprs is because of low signal in their area. Ive realised that Google is one of the easiest page to load even when i getting bad bad service, therefore it may be able to load Google but not most of the other pages. Are u getting good signal where u r located?

I have a great signal since DEC, dont know why but it has never let me down since then, although I live in the hills of Norwood, mobay.

And yur kinda right in a sense, google always loads and yahoo messenger always hooks me up no matter what the signal strenght is.

I wish I could get a longer Data cable, lol

i should note here that when i say "google loads" i mean on the PHONE itself...not on the PC.....i havent reached that far as yet.....i am trying to get it working on the Phone first...

The signal strength is not an issue for me........

Oh, talking about the actual gprs on the fone. Is ur cache cleared? That could be the reason y Google is always loading. Clear the cache then see if Google loads. There is also a possibility that u can access the net on ur pc using the fone even tho u cannot access the actual gprs on the fone. I donno if CW having a prob with their service now because i cannot access the gprs on my fone for almost three weeks now (I even try in the early mornings, I get "Connection Lost"), but when i put my sim in a C332 and connect it to my pc i get connected at reasonable speeds [UPDATE: This morning i realised that only the CWhomepage wasnt working thas y it appeared that gprs wasnt working on the phone]. so try connect to the pc still, if u just want the gprs for that.

    I have a v500 and I am having a similar problem.
I have only gotten it to load a wap page once and never again.

When I hook it up to my laptop though I can use the gprs service.
The gprs service also works fine when the pop3 client on the phone to check
my email. Its just the wap browser that doesnt work, go figure.

ok the settings in the persons phone are:

    websession : wap.google.com
    service type: wap
    gateway IP: 000.000.000.000
    port :9201
    GPRS APN : Internet

secondly CWJ Customer care told her that the phone 'comes configured' for gprs so she would not have to fo anything per se....i found that strange but hey....

let me know what y'all think
