ok for all the questions here goes,

all bb up to 9000 can easily be unlocked using mfi,(some versions of 8900-javlien] dont work because of new security) the 0 mep left solution left can also be reset via a loader bat file which resets the phone to original state, but this also has the same rule with the above security feature(stops at 9000)

but for newer end bb's there's an option called dm3 tool(do some reading) that what can unlock and repair new security and imei

the newer security can be done now using a furious unlocker to reset the 0 mep and unlock the phone, find a cell unlocker that has this new tool, would help you out but i'm hardly at my store which i assume is out of your zone.
