I've not come across a BB that I couldn't sort out. Then again I don't really charge for it because is more of a hobby.
Some quick info for you.
MFI works but not very good on Vista/7 - works much better with XP.
Most tools for BB work better with XP than the later OSes. Even if they do work on the later OSes, some issues you may encounter do not occur on XP.
Failing all else - and depending on the version of MFI that you have - you can use the advanced options to clear the MEP.
An interesting thing I've done is wipe/brick the BB and then reload/un-brick it in order to do what you want (unlock).
If you can't be bothered and want someone to do it for you just bring it to me and some gratuity ($1500) and I'll sort it out.

khat17 ive never gotten MFI to work on those models that u listed. Maybe u have a newer version MFI Multiloader?

Tools I've used include MFI (works for all I've done) - BBSAK (recently started fooling with this) - BBHTool (recent addition as well).
For all models listed I've used MFI with no issue. Maybe I just got lucky.
