That look like a video problem of some sort. Yuh tried deleting the ini file they said you should and try again? And did you try the game before applying the patch Pezz using? Also yuh can try run the game in safemode and si if it works.

Oh for real. Forgot that with Win7 you need to install the latest dx9 package, specially for those older games.
