They hav prices in the 80s and 90s for stuff i'd call lower end PCs, i know that the same 80 could give me a 4gig ram sony vaio with bout 500gig hard disk at price (and this would be a high end Lappy not a desktop), even saw a touch for 160! Whew! For those kinds of shillings i could be getting really really high end stuff overseas.

Some people are not able to shop overseas. Would it be good for them to shop there or should they look elsewhere?
